I’m a sweet girl and I collect great dessert recipes that are keto-friendly, so I’ve collected some of them. For biscuits, another option is to add a little peanut butter and a few tablespoons of sugar – free chocolate chips. If there’s one thing I’ve really fallen in love with every time I use it, it’s sugar-free jam. Keto Jam goes with any kind of biscuit, from biscuits to cakes to ice cream, but I’ll go with it. 

If you don’t happen to have a jar of raspberry jam in the fridge, you can crush a handful of raspberries and use them instead. You can also use stevia drops, but avoid granulated sugar – free sweeteners that give the jam a grainy texture. Use other powdered keto – friendly sweeteners that don’t also push up your blood sugar. There is no need to add more or less sweetness, and it can be used instead of normal sugar as long as it is not over – sweetened.

I recommend raspberries because they contain less sugar and carbohydrates than other berries and they are low in carbohydrates, like many fruits I like to eat on a KETO / low-carb diet. Other fruits to choose from are on my keto fruit list, but strawberries can be eaten just like any other fruit, with just a little more sugar. 

Just make sure you use a low-carb sauce that is keto-friendly if you are on a ketogenic diet. To make a low-carb basic consumption, you need a little more sugar than a normal cookie dough, but not too much. This recipe is made by using low carbohydrate and low carb flours, and I also made this recipe lower carbohydrate before using ketos – friendly flour. These cookies are made more friendly by being refined with low-carbon products such as low-carb carbose flour. 

This jam has a shelf life of years and can be prepared with your favourite low-carb sweetener, or you can store it in a sugar-free raspberry glass for up to a year before opening it. 

You can also make this keto – friendly and gluten-free – and best of all, there are raspberry thumbprint cookies to top up! Best of all, this coffee cake can be bante, so you can bake it gluten-free with your favorite low-carb sweetener or make a cake. 

It is also extremely versatile, providing the perfect texture for creamy keto desserts and serving as the perfect topping for ketos and salads. 

This keto strawberry jam with fresh strawberries, for example, is a regular favourite of mine. I like to use red jams like strawberries and raspberries, but you could even use sugar – free ganache. You can make this jam too sweet, so if you need more sweetness, add liquid stevia to your liking.
