Im thinking of coming out to Humbold county to do some riding over the summer july 4th to be exact.
Im coming to ride the lost forrest trails ( paradice ally) It seems hard to find out any info on these trails.
I coming from New England and am accustom to riding moderate to hard terrain.
My hope is that you may be able to guide me to the better rides in the area and if you know of anyone willing to guide us through these areas.
Appreciate any imput you may have.
Thank you
Alan
Dear Alan:
We’d be happy to show you the new mountain bike trails in the Lost Coast. The name of the trail is Paradise Royale. It’s a 14-mile loop, and the club will be working over summer with the BLM and International Mountain Bicycling Association to extent that loop. July is the perfect time to ride it! Here’s a story about the trail: Singletrack.com. Watch the video too!
See you soon,
Vicky and the riders from Bigfoot
I’m interested in the upcoming 12 hours of Humboldt race – I hear it will have a 6-hour solo rider division. When and where is it? Or where do I search to find that information? Thanks, Karen kschatz@gotsky.com
Hi Karen,
The info is at the Team Bigfoot site (not affiliated with us). Here’s the link:

Hope to see you there!
